I have a feeling that probably falls on deaf ears though. Seriously though they really need to address their fragile servers, get better ones, more ones, do whatever they need to do to appease the player population. Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder. Delete the UserCache folder in C:UsersDocumentsBlack Desert directory.Chances are your cache is corrupt and you need to delete it. Maybe the more people that complain, they'll do something about it. Make a new character and see if you can log in with that one. Play in the middle of the night when it's less busy lolĤ. Also when you log off a play session try to go to a less crowded area than the towns/cities first (so that when you log back in it doesn't take such a performance hit).ģ. Try to connect to a server that's not crowded. Also check to see if you have any unknown software running that might be interfering with your connection.Īlso restarting your pc if you've been playing the game for a while and it's starting to lag does seem to help (well it does for me anyway).Ģ. ![]() Often the game will disconnect at the last loading bit of your character when all PC resources are being used. ![]() Close down any unnecessary applications on your machine that might be hogging GPU/CPU/whatever. Personally I found a few things help me connect better (running on an older desktop, Windows 10 with an older Nvidia graphics card).ġ. Otherwise people might think it's a problem THEIR end rather than with BDO. This is currently a really common complaint (see all the threads on the first page) and really should be stickied.
